Returns & Exchanges

At ALOHAS, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
